My kid looks like Smeagol!

So we head out to the all important 18-20 week ultrasound (me and baby daddy who was in town for a super visit of all important baby doctor appointments!). Very uneventful - of course its super cool to see your baby in your belly on the screen (creepy too) but its a diagnostic exam so the cool bits are missed and the tech is doing heartbeat reads, brain sections, and probably counting toes and fingers while you're trying to get a good look to see if that's a vag-jai-jai or pickle inbetween those legs...as much as I'm making it a surprise, I still try to sneek a peek, like I'd know any different what I'm looking at?!! Seriously - I'm resorting to the Chinese Lunar calendar, the ring swing, if my pillow faces north or south, and whether I'm carrying my weight out front or all around...I'm convincing myself through all these old wives tales that I'm having a boy...(sidebar) back on track here - needless to say the ultrasound was a bit of a duder, and the tech actually gave us pictures of our baby - all we could think was that the poor little thing looks scary...Smeagol scary!!!

I am a horrible blogger...

Yep - and that's the extent of it - I'm doing a horrible job at this blogging business -so all I have for you now is a lot of pictures...enjoy!
